1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glass Calc Pro (glasscalcpro.com), operated by Glazing Pro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Glass Calc Pro is a software platform that provides glass and window service businesses with tools for estimation, quoting, invoicing, customer management, and communication. Our platform also enables end customers to submit service requests and receive communications from businesses that use our services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those governing electronic communications

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Our platform enables businesses to send SMS text messages to their customers. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages (via a web form or during a phone call), you agree to the following terms:

Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a quote request form, or by verbally providing your phone number during a call to a business that uses our platform, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Content and Frequency

Messages are service-related and may include quote notifications, appointment confirmations, job status updates, and post-service follow-ups. Message frequency varies; you will typically receive 1-5 messages per service request.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@glasscalcpro.com.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Glass Calc Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Glazing Pro LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glazing Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
