What do I get on the free plan?
The free plan is free forever: the full flat glass, IGU, and grid calculators, one manufacturer pricebook, and unlimited quotes with PDF export. AI features -- photo analysis, voice, renderings, blueprint reads -- and the shower estimator are on paid plans. No card required.
Can I try Glass Calc Pro before I buy?
Yes! The Essentials plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start exploring. You get full access to all Essentials features during your trial.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are used each time you use an AI-powered feature: photo analysis, pricing sheet parsing, shower renderings, blueprint analysis, and more. Basic calculator functions like entering dimensions and looking up prices do not use AI credits. Credits are pooled across your company, and if you run out we pause AI and ask before anything is charged -- extra credits are $25 to $30 per 100 depending on your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
How many people can use our account?
Essentials covers 2 users, Growth 4, Enterprise 8, and Pro 15. Everyone gets their own login and shares your company's pricing profiles, quotes, and inventory, and your AI credits are pooled across the whole company rather than split per person. The admin manages access and permissions.
Does Glass Calc Pro work on my phone?
Yes! Glass Calc Pro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed mobile-first. Install it on your phone's home screen and use it in the field, even offline. It works on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktops.
How does the AI pricebook parser work?
Take a photo or upload a PDF of your manufacturer's pricing sheet. Our AI extracts every price, validates it with multiple review passes, and builds your pricebook automatically. It catches misreads, column alignment errors, and pricing anomalies.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is fully isolated -- your pricing, quotes, and inventory are only visible to your team. We use secure authentication and role-based access control.
